These Terms of Service outline the mutual commitments between VettedChina and international buyers procuring goods manufactured across China. Our inspection reports provide objective forensic evidence based on recognized international statistical sampling standards (ISO 2859-1 Level II / AQL 2.5) with zero conflicts of interest.
VettedChina acts as an independent third-party inspection agency providing the following professional mandates upon client booking:
Unless explicitly customized by the client in writing, all product inspections follow the international ISO 2859-1 (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) Single Normal Sampling Plan, General Inspection Level II with standard defect acceptance thresholds:
Our inspectors act as impartial forensic evaluators. We report empirical Pass / Fail findings without alteration. The commercial decision to release shipment payments remains strictly with the buyer.
VettedChina enforces a zero-tolerance anti-bribery covenant. Any attempt by factory personnel to offer money, gifts, meals, or favors to our inspectors is immediately logged and reported directly to the client. Our inspectors are equipped with bodycam evidence logs. If factory conditions present imminent physical hazards, inspection may be paused until safety is restored.
Inspection reports reflect the statistical condition of sampled goods at the exact time of on-site inspection. VettedChina is not an insurer and does not assume product liability. Our maximum financial liability for proven gross negligence is strictly limited to a refund of the service fee paid for the specific inspection mission.
All CAD drawings, vendor pricing, and inspection logs are treated as strictly confidential trade secrets. This Agreement shall be governed by international commercial principles and the laws of the People's Republic of China, with dispute resolution via arbitration at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
